To achieve our vision, we guide our business towards key targets that reflect our ambitions on profitable growth, financial stability, being a sustainable company and having the sector's strongest brand.

Profitable growth

Sales growth

Bravida aims to increase its sales by more than 10 percent per year, of which 5 percent organically and 5–7 percent through acquisitions. But margin should always take precedence over volume.

Financial stability

Adjusted operating margin

Bravida aims to achieve an adjusted EBITA margin exceeding 7%, including the dilution effect of acquisitions.

Bravida aims to maintain a cash generation ratio exceeding 100%.

Capital structure

Bravida’s capital structure aims to enable a high degree of financial flexibility and provide scope for acquisitions. The company’s target is a net debt/equity ratio of about 2.5x net debt/adjusted EBITDA.

Dividend policy

Bravida’s objective is to pay out at least 50 percent of the Group’s consolidated net profit, taking account of other factors such as financial position, cash flow and growth opportunities.

A sustainable company

Sustainable use of resources - efficient production and energy-efficient offerings

Bravida's target is to reduce our yearly fuel-based CO2-emissions by 3 percent compared with the previous year.

Good work environment - emplyee safety, and physical and mental health

No Bravida employee should have a work-related physical or mental ill health - our long-term aim is to eliminate this. Our short-term targets are an occupational injury rate* of less than 7 % and a sicness absence** of less than 4 %.

*Occupational injuries that lead to at least one day of sickness absence per million working hours.

**Total hours of sickness absence in relation to planned working hours.

Good business ethics - in relation to customers, employees and suppliers

Our goal is that 100 % of our significant suppliers in Sweden accept our supplier code of conduct. Work began in 2016.

Our ambition is to be the strongest brand in the industry - in the entire Nordic region.

The most satisfied customers

Our ambition is to have the most satisfied customers in the market - who both want to return to Bravida and recommend us to other people. This is measured by Satisfied Customer Index, where our goal is 75 (0-100), and Customer Loyalty Index, where our goal is 85 (0-100).

The most attracitve employer

Our goal is to be the most attractive employer of the industry, with an Employee Motivation Index of more than 75 (0-100).
