Bravida acquires Electi El in Malmö

Bravida aqcuires the companies Electi El AB and Electi El service AB. Together, the companies have around 20 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 40 millions. Electi offers service- and installations services in both the electrical field and the security field.

– By aqcuiring Electi, we strengthen pur position in the electrical field in Malmö and Lund. The acquisition is in line with our strategical work with increasing our market shares in the metropolitan regions, says Anders Ahlquist, Divisional Manager Bravida Division South.

Electi El delivers electrial installations, security solutions and fire alarms, access systems and CCTV for both property owners and industries, construction companies and other private and public clients in the Malmö area.

– We have developed the company and grown continuously since the start. Now we have come to a point where we feel that our next step in our development is to join forces with a bigger company. A big part of us choosing to join Bravida and Bravida Prenad is their good local reputation and strength, says Tomas Nilsson, CEO at Electi.

Electi’s business will be integrated into the existing branches of Bravida and Bravida Prenad in Malmö and Lund. Bravida enters the ownership on 1 June 2015.
