Bravida strengthens its offer in Enköping - acquires EL & Tele Installation AB
Bravida acquires EL & Tele Installation AB in Enköping. Through the acquisition, Bravida takes a leading position as a multi-technical service provider in the area.

EL & Tele Installation AB was founded in 2008 and has operations in Enköping with surrounding areas. Among their customers are municipalities, county councils and private construction companies. The company has ten employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 16 million.
– Through the acquisition, we strengthen our position in an area where we are established in heating, plumbing and ventilation. Now that we complement our business with electrical services, we can become a multi-technical supplier to our customers, says Johan Brodin, Regional Manager Bravida Region Uppland.
Mathias Johansson and Dan Andersson, partners in EL & Tele Installation AB, see the acquisition as a good solution.
– We have run this business for almost ten years and want to further develop it. This will be possible with Bravida as we grow bigger and stronger together. We see it as an opportunity to help more customers and broaden our offer through Bravidia's existing business, says Mathias Johansson.
EL & Tele Installation AB will be a part of Bravida as of 3 January 2018.
