Bravida Norway acquires pipe company Langhus Rør AS and strengthens its position in end-to-end solutions in Follo

Bravida Norway is buying 100 percent of the shares in Langhus Rør AS and thereby strengthening its range of end-to-end solutions in Follo. The company has 14 employees and had sales of just over NOK 18.5 million in 2021.

Langhus Rør was founded in 2010 and offers services relating to renovation, plumbing, heating, bathrooms, service and maintenance. The company operates in the Follo and Innlandet areas, mainly addressing the private sector, including residential and commercial buildings. 

 “The acquisition fits well with Bravida’s growth strategy and ambitions, and we are now strengthening our position in pipes and service in particular. Langhus Rør has a good reputation in the local market and we are very pleased that the company will now become part of Bravida,” comments Øyvind Hagen, Head of Division for Eastern Norway at Bravida Norway.

Steinar Lunde, the current owner and CEO of Langhus Rør, comments:

Bravida will become the owner on 1 February 2022.
