Bravida acquires three plumbing companies in Northern Jutland

Bravida is currently making targeted investments to grow in the servicing market. As part of this, Bravida now acquires three servicing and installation companies in Northern Jutland: Gjøl VVS A/S, Vesthimmerlands VVS A/S and Nielsen & Brostrøm A/S. Klaus Villefrance, Regional Manager in Bravida Denmark's Division North, says:

- For a long time we have wanted to strengthen our presence in the attractive plumbing market in Northern Jutland. Due to the corona situation, we  paused acquisitions for some time, but now we can finally take over three well-managed companies in the area. It is with great pleasure that I welcome all the compentent employees to Bravida.

Claus Vinther, owner of the three companies, says:

- As a sole owner, I have not had a natural successor. So it is important for me to secure both the business and the employees' jobs for the future. The choice was difficult, but fell on Bravida, as they can complement our business with electricity and ventilation. This will further strengthen our offering, which will be of benefit to both customers and employees.

Bravida assumed ownership of the three companies on July 3, 2020. All employees will continue in their present roles with owner Claus Vinther as their manager.
