The same expectations of our suppliers as of ourselves

Bravida’s goal for 2026

From 2023

100 %

As of 2023, all employees must have completed Bravida's sustainability training, which is based on the Sustainability Policy and training in the Code of Conduct.

2026

90 %

The objective is for 90% of our centrally contracted suppliers to be qualified and agree to our Supplier Code of Conduct.

A shared compass

Bravida strives to be perceived as a credible and responsible operator, a good business partner and a market leader in business ethics.

The Bravida Way, our values and our Code of Conduct act as our compass and help us create healthy, long-term business relationships and a resilient society.

The Bravida Way

Bravida is based on local branches, but we also work together as one company, with the same culture, working methods and strategies. The Bravida Way and our Code of Conduct guide and help us create healthy, long-term business relationships and a resilient society.

Our values

As employees, we expect responsible behaviour from each other. It’s really no more difficult than living according to our values:

- Care for Business
- Keep it simple
- Take responsibility
- Be proactive

Code of Conduct

The foundation of Bravida’s ethical values is provided by our Code of Conduct. It forms the basis for our day-to-day behaviour and covers important issues such as gender equality and diversity, human rights, working conditions, the environment, sustainability, leadership and business ethics.

Are we not living as we preach?

In Bravida, we should live as we preach and follow our code of conduct and values. If you notice that we do not follow our values, you can report it using the Whistleblower.

Equally high expectations of our suppliers as of ourselves

As a leading operator in our industry, we set the same requirements for ourselves and our suppliers. All our suppliers must comply with the requirements of our Code of Conduct.

Supply chain

Bravida works for a supply chain that takes people, the environment and the climate into account. We are careful to evaluate how suppliers meet the requirements of our Code of Conduct. Our BraVal label helps our branches make more sustainable product choices.

Code of Conduct for Suppliers

All suppliers must meet the requirements defined in Bravida’s Code of Conduct. Assessment takes place before posting in the procurement system. We direct purchases towards established Nordic suppliers to reduce risks.
