During the project start-up phase, Bravida places great emphasis on the actual planning work to ensure that implementation is as efficient as possible. With our planning tool - which acts as a link between manufacturing, delivery, suppliers and clients - we ensure the right delivery, at the right time, with the right resources, materials and tools for everything from design to production.
Right from the start, we use 3D BIM modelling to create a clear and coordinated view of the facility. This allows us to visualise the installations in advance, identify clashes and ensure that all installation contracts are working towards the same overall goal.
To ensure the project’s continued progress, we also offer a structured approach to managing change requests, whereby we:
• clearly document requirements and changes
• ensure that the impact is verified
• keep documentation up to date
• provide the project with a clear overview of ongoing change.
