Bravida acquires Runevads VVS Teknik AB in Varberg and strengthens its position in Halland

Runevads VVS Teknik AB was founded in 2002 and works with everything from the drawing, installation and construction of plumbing systems to their repair and servicing. The company’s main customer segments are building companies and property owners.

“We are very pleased to welcome Runevads VVS Teknik AB to Bravida. As a result of this acquisition, we can now give our customers a complete range of services relating to installation in Varberg. This strengthens our local presence, which is completely in line with Bravida’s strategy,” comments Hans Greve, Regional Manager Helsingborg.

Fredrik Runevad currently owns the company together with Christian Seger, Ola Andersén, Gith Seger and Joel Sjöholm. All of them will also join Bravida and Fredrik will have the role of branch manager. Regarding the sale, he comments:

“Becoming part of Bravida is both an exciting and a big step for us. The company has developed fantastically well over the years, together with its employees and customers. We consider this transition to be a natural step with regard to development and growth, and together with Bravida we now have the opportunity to offer a new and long-awaited comprehensive range of services in Varberg.”

Runevads VVS Teknik AB is currently based in the same part of Varberg as Bravida, so its operations will move to Bravida’s premises immediately after the takeover. Bravida will take over as the new owner on 1 June 2021.
