Bravida broadens its customer offering and acquires SKM Service Oy in Finland
Bravida Finland acquires SKM Service Oy and thus adds to its total customer offering in Finland. The company has 20 employees and a turnover of around EUR 13 million.

SKM Service Oy specialises in industrial pipes and offers wide-ranging competence in the installation and maintenance of facilities for the industrial sector. Marko Holopainen, Head of Division at Bravida Finland, is very pleased about the acquisition, and comments:
“The acquisition allows us to expand the range of services we can offer our customers and strengthens our position in the Ostrobothnia region. SKM Service Oy is a well-run company with skilled employees and complements our existing business. It creates a good platform to develop the business further, together.”
