Bravida strengthens its position in automation in Finland

Bravida Finland Oy is acquiring parts of Assemblin Oy’s building automation project units in Finland. The acquisition includes building automation projects, maintenance and service units, and the resources required to fulfil contractual warranty obligations during the warranty periods of the projects. 

“Bravida’s ambition is to become a strong player in building automation in all of Bravida’s geographic markets, and I’m pleased that we’re now able to strengthen our automation business in Finland. This acquisition gives us the opportunity to offer our customers an even broader range of automation services,” comments Marko Holopainen, CEO of Bravida Finland Oy. 

The acquisition is the ninth that Bravida has made in Finland since 2015.

The acquired units have an approximate total of 65 employees and the transaction will become effective on 30 September 2021.
