Bravida strengthens its position in Norway – acquires electrical company in Asker

Bravida Norway acquires the electrical service company Volt Elektro AS, thereby strengthening its market position, especially in the service segment in Asker and Bærum.

Volt Elektro As was founded in 2016 and is based in Billingstad in Asker. The company mainly works for corporate customers and provides electrical services relating to renovation, redevelopment and extensions. It has an annual turnover of about NOK 11 million.

“We are very happy to welcome Volt Elektro AS to Bravida in Asker. We look forward to continuing to further strengthen our position in the area, with more skilled employees and a new Branch Manager in Asker,” comments Martin M. Andersen, Regional Manager Nedre Viken, Bravida.

In addition to his position as Regional Manager for the Nedre Viken Region, Martin M. Andersen has also served as acting Branch Manager for Bravida’s branch in Asker. Anders Byholt, who is currently the Managing Director of Volt Elektro, will now become the Branch Manager.

“This is a positive and exciting decision for all parties. Becoming part of Bravida, which is a leader in Norway in technical installation, gives both us and our customers great opportunities. I also look forward to taking on the role of Branch Manager at Bravida Asker,” comments Anders Byholt, Managing Director and majority shareholder of Volt Elektro AS.

Volt Elektro AS currently has six employees and Bravida will acquire ownership on 1 April 2021.
