Bain Capital is the new owner of Bravida
As expected, the transaction has been approved by the competition authorities and as of July 31 Bain Capital is the new owner of Bravida.

In mid-May it was announced that Triton sells Bravida to Bain Capital. This transaction was completed as expected, July 31. With the change of ownership has a new board appointed in Bravida AB consisting of Ivano Sessa, (Chairman, Bain), Michel Plantevin (Bain), Mats O Paulsson (CEO), Staffan Påhlsson (Deputy CEO), Per Leopoldson (CFO) and the employee Jan-Erik Arvidsson, Kai-Otto Helmersen, Anders Mårtensson and Peter Sjoquist.
