Staffan Påhlsson appointed acting CEO of Bravida
Bravida’s CEO, and member of the Board, Mats O Paulsson has notified the Board that he leaves his position. The Board has appointed Staffan Påhlsson as acting CEO.

Bravida, Scandinavia's premier integrated supplier of technical installation and service solutions with approximately 8000 employees, is owned since 31 July by Bain Capital.
"It has been a stimulating and rewarding time to manage Bravida and all its employees. After a successful sales process, it is time to hand over to a new leadership that can develop and grow Bravida further during Bain Capital's ownership. I look forward to essentially devote myself to board related assignments in the future", says Mats O Paulsson.
Staffan Påhlsson, today deputy CEO, has been appointed acting CEO with immediate effect. Staffan has been with Bravida for 32 years and thus knows the business and the company very well.
