Bravida successfully issues SEK 3,225 million equivalent Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes

Stockholm, Sweden — June 11, 2013.  Bravida Holding AB (publ) (“Bravida”) priced on June 4, 2013 and closed on June 11, 2013 an offering of €225 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured floating rate notes due 2019 at an issue price of 100.0% and SEK 1.3 billion aggregate principal amount of senior secured floating rate notes due 2019 at an issue price of 100.0% (the “Notes”).

The net proceeds from the offering of the Notes will be used to repay in full amounts outstanding under Bravida’s existing credit facilities, to pay fees and expenses related to the offering of the Notes and the refinancing, and for general corporate purposes, which may include the financing of acquisitions from time to time.

The Notes are being offered only to qualified institutional buyers in accordance with Rule 144A under the Securities Act and outside the United States in accordance with Regulation S under the Securities Act.
