The competition authorities have approved Bravida’s acquisition of Otera Elektro AS
The competition authority in Norway has approved Bravida’s acquisition of Otera Elektro AS and possession has been taken with effect from 2 June 2014.

Bravida signed an agreement in April about the acquisition of the Norwegian Otera Elektro AS, with approx. 300 employees in Kristiansand, Bergen and Asker. Otera Elektro is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Bravida Norge AS and a part of the Bravida Group. For the time being it will operate as an independent company under the name of Bravida Norge 3 AS. The integration process has started and is expected to continue throughout the year.
