Bravida strengthens its position within security in Linköping by acquiring RTS Lås och Larm AB
Bravida has singed an agreement to acquire RTS Lås och Larm AB in Linköping, Sweden. The company has five employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 10 million.

The company operates within intruder alarms, access control, locking systems and CCTV, which will strengthen Bravida’s security operations in Linköping.
– Security is a key area for Bravida’s strategic growth and we see many synergies with other business areas within both installations and service, says Mikael Lidström, Division Manager Division North.
RTS Lås och Larm AB was founded in 1996.

Bravida enters ownership as per 1 November this year.
