Bravida expands in Danish Skanderborg
Bravida Denmark has signed an agreement to acquire P. Hermansen A/S, a heating, ventilation and sanitation company active in Skanderborg, eastern Jutland. In the Skanderborg region, P. Hermansen is the leading company in its market, both within service and installation.

The company performs installation projects as well as smaller service assignments for both companies and private customers. It has long relationships with a number of the region’s larger customers and the order backlog going forward is stable. The company employs 38 people. During the last year P. Hermansen had a turnover of DKK 55 million.
– P. Hermansen is a well-established and managed company that fits well with Bravida. The business has a strategic focus on profitability before volume in each project, which is fully in line with Bravida's own strategy. Bravida Denmark will take over P. Hermansen from the current owner, Jørgen Hermansen, on 2 July 2018. All employees will continue in their roles and Jørgen Hermansen will be responsible for the operations.
– The company was founded in 1972 and I belong to the second generation in the family who runs the business. For a while, we have been searching for a buyer who can continue to develop the company within a larger group. I am convinced that Bravida’s values and ways of operating its business is a good fit with P. Hermansen, says Jørgen Hermansen.
The merger and integration of P. Hermansen will take place in 2018.
