Bravida acquires cooling company in Denmark
Bravida Denmark has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in ICS Industrial Cooling Systems A / S. The company has 67 employees and offices in Roskilde and Vojens. The acquisition requires approval from the Danish competition authorities.

ICS is one of the leading refrigeration companies in Denmark and specializes in solutions for cooling and heating. The company has a large service organization in its Jutland and in Zealand branches. In 2018, ICS had total sales of approximately 120 mDKK.

The acquisition requires approval from the Danish competition authorities.
