Press release
AB Venair is a leading player within HVAC in Stockholm. The company was founded in 1969 and has since been operating mainly in the Stockholm area.
AB Venair's specialty is energy-efficient HVAC systems in public, industrial and commercial premises. The company's 11 employees mainly focus on design and project management, while the installation work is carried out by subcontractors.
Lars Täuber, Head of Bravida’s Division Stockholm, is pleased with the acquisition:
“The acquisition of AB Venair is in line with Bravida's strategy to be the largest or second largest player in every local market where we are present. With AB Venair, we will strengthen our HVAC offering in the Stockholm area. In addition, through the acquisition, we will gain a very strong expertise in project management, with well-developed work processes. I am convinced that this will fit well into our operations”, says Lars Täuber.
The seller of the company is Kemp & Lauritzen A / S, which has owned the company since 2011. Torbjörn Wastesson, CEO of AB Venair, says:
“AB Venair has done really well in recent years. I am both happy and proud that Bravida has chosen to acquire us. Together with Bravida, we will be able to further develop our business and customer offering. In addition, the employees will have the opportunity to take further steps in the large organisation that Bravida offers. It will be challenging – and fun!”
Bravida has already taken over as owner.
