Bravida strengthens offering in camera surveillance – acquires SanTek Kameraövervakning AB
Bravida has entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of SanTek Kameraövervakning AB’s operations. Through the acquisition, Bravida strengthens its position in camera surveillance in Sweden. The business has 20 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 30 million.

SanTek Camera Surveillance AB is one of Sweden's leading end-user providers of camera surveillance. Since 1997, the company has specialized in camera surveillance with solutions from established video platforms. The company’s customers are mainly found in retail and logistics.
“An important strategic goal for Bravida is to become the leading service partner in the Nordic region, and this also applies to security technology. The acquisition is a good complement to our existing security offering and broadens Bravida's offering in camera surveillance, both to new and existing customers”, said Gottfrid Seidevall, Head of Business Area Security, Bravida Division Riks.

Bravida takes over as owner of SanTek Camera Surveillance AB’s operations in May 2019. SanTek’s business will then become part of Bravida’s Division Riks, Business Area Security.
