Bravida strengthens its position in Denmark – acquires heating, plumbing and HVAC company

J. Beese VVS & Blik A/S has over 50 years’ experience in the heating, plumbing and HVAC market. The company offers service and installation to companies, private customers and tenant-owner associations, with sales in 2019 of DKK 10 m.

“We have had a desire to strengthen our service and installation operations in heating, plumbing and HVAC in Odense. The acquisition makes this possible, as J. Beese VVS & Blik A/S has a solid customer base and a good reputation. We’ll now see an increase in the number of skilled employees at our company, thus further strengthening our position,” says Jørn Tønnes, regional manager at Bravida region south, Denmark.

Bravida Denmark will take over as owner on 1 February 2021, and J. Beese VVS & Blik A/S’ twelve employees will all continue in their current roles, with Ole Beese as manager. Søren Larsen, branch manager for heating, plumbing and HVAC at Bravida in Odense, is responsible for the integration with Bravida, which will take place at the beginning of 2021.
