Bravida Sweden acquires ventilation company in Kiruna
Bravida acquires Ventilationskontroll & Plåt i Kiruna AB, thus complementing its customer offering in Kiruna, northern Sweden.

Ventilationskontroll & Plåt i Kiruna AB was founded in 2000 by Christer Bjuhr and Hans Fors. Over the years, the company has developed a customer offering that includes ventilation contracts, service, ventilation control, adjustments and building sheet works.
Bravida has signed an agreement to acquire the business, which in 2019 had sales of SEK 14.9 million and occupied 13 fitters.
– The acquisition will strengthen our competence in service and ventilation control, but will also enable us to carry out metal sheet works on our own. This means that our total customer offering will be more complete, says Tage Lundin, regional manager for Bravida, Region Malmfälten, Sweden.
One of the owners, Christer Bjuhr, will become branch manager at Bravida’s ventilation service branch in Kiruna. He is pleased with the arrangement, and says:

Bravida will take over as owner on March 1, 2020. The integration process will start immediately and is expected to be completed with in a month.
