Concerning The Economic Crime Authority decision to press charges
Bravida welcome that the investigation from The Economic Crime Authority now is ready. Bravida has been co-operating fully with the police and prosecutor during the investigation.

When suspicions about deliberate over-invoicing were presented during April Bravida conducted an internal investigation. This work has among other things led to:
- The affected employees, who according to Bravida’s investigation have committed errors, have either left the company or been relocated.
- A repayment has been made to Region Skåne.
- That Bravida did a broader screening of other customers with frame agreements in the public domain in Sweden, which showed no indications of deliberate over-invoicing from any other branch.
- That Bravida reported the incident to the Police.
In addition to this Bravida has among other things also taken the following actions:
- The concerned Branch has been closed.
- Management changes in Bravida Division South has been conducted.
- On demand from around 40 customers, Bravida has together with them investigated that no similar errors have been conducted in other parts of the business.
Finally, Bravida have high standards regarding good business ethics and that all employees follow our Code of Conduct. Due to the background of the prosecution, this work has been further strengthened.
