Bravida Denmark signs nationwide contract with Bygningsstyrelsen for service and installation work

Bravida Denmark has signed a contract with the Danish Building and Property Agency (Bygningsstyrelsen) for nationwide service and maintenance in the areas of fire, security, HVAC, cooling and technical installations. The contract has a duration of two years and there is also an extension option.

The Danish Building and Property Agency is a central authority that provides premises and buildings for governmental bodies in Denmark. Bravida’s assignment includes ensuring the compliance with legal requirements and continuous optimisation of the infrastructure for thousands of government workplaces throughout Denmark, from east to west. The contract covers regular maintenance, service, and repair and replacement of parts, in the areas of fire, security, HVAC, cooling and technical installations.

The contract will enter into force on 1 June 2026. The initial duration of the contract is two years, and there is also the possibility of renewal for a further two years. The contract could therefore run until 31 May 2030.
