Correction: Missing MAR label in earlier press release – "Bravida comments on allegations from Örnsköldsvik municipality"
Bravida Holding AB (BRAV) issues a correction of the press release that was published earlier today. The correction concerns that the press release did not include the MAR label with reference to the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). Apart from this, the press release remains unchanged.

Below is the full and correct version of the press release as published:
Bravida comments on allegations from Örnsköldsvik municipality
On May 19, without prior notice, Örnsköldsvik municipality notified Bravida that it is canceling existing agreements and reporting Bravida to the police. Bravida will dispute the cancellation and is highly skeptical of the police report.
Since last autumn, Bravida has participated and provided full transparency in an investigation into contract compliance conducted by Örnsköldsvik municipality. A meeting between the parties was scheduled for June 5, where Örnsköldsvik municipality would present conclusions from its investigation and possible actions.
“We take the allegations that have been made against Bravida very seriously and will of course investigate and respond to them. However, I would like to emphasize that I find it highly remarkable that a Swedish authority would act in this way. It is inexplicable why Örnsköldsvik municipality would file a police report, cancel the agreement and publish a press release without prior notice and without the opportunity for Bravida to comment on the external review they have conducted. This is a behavior that is not appropriate for professional parties in a contractual relationship”, comments Liselotte Stray, Head of Group Communications at Bravida.
Bravida welcomes continued investigation and will act forcefully if warranted.
