Bravida Norway awarded NOK 43 million contract for electrical, heating and plumbing installations at a new hotel

The new hotel will have around 142 rooms, and Bravida is responsible for the contractual work for electrical, heating and plumbing infrastructure. The electrical part of the project includes electrical installations and a control system developed especially for hotel rooms. The heating and plumbing part of the project covers the hotel, the basement car park and an energy hub that will supply power to the building itself and future construction phases.

“We will be using our proprietary hotel room control system for this project, which allows us to reduce the assembly time on site by utilising prefabricated solutions. We look forward to continuing our excellent cooperation with Backe Vestfold Telemark,” comments Geir Thorstensen, Branch Manager at Bravida Norway’s Electrical Branch in Sandefjord.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
