Bravida acquires HVAC-company in Central Finland
Bravida Finland Oy expands its offering by acquiring Jyväskylän LVI-Palvelu Oy, a HVAC-company in Central Finland. The company has 10 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 19 million.

Jyväskylän LVI-Palvelu Oy specializes in service and installation within heating, plumbing and ventilation. Their service competence will strengthen Bravida’s current offering within these areas.

The current owner of Jyväskylän LVI-Palvelu Oy, Arto Kokkonen, will continue as Branch Manager for the service branch in Central Finland. He says:

Bravida takes over Jyväskylän LVI-Palvelu with effect from 31 May 2019.
The acquisition of Jyväskylän LVI-Palvelu Oy is the sixth acquisition made by Bravida in Finland since Bravida’s market entry in 2015.
