Bravida Sweden acquires electrical company in Sundbyberg, Stockholm

Flysta Elservice was established in 1980 and offers installation and servicing of electricity, telecommunications, security alarms and data solutions. Customers include property owners, insurance companies and construction companies in the Stockholm area. Per Öhrn, regional manager of Bravida Electrical in Stockholm, is pleased with the acquisition:

"The acquisition of Flysta Elservice will strengthen our operations in Solna and Sundbyberg in a good way. Our dialogue during the spring has felt very positive and I think the businesses will fit well together. I’m looking forward to working with Mikael and his entire team", says Per Öhrn.

The company currently has 13 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 23 million. The owner, Mikael Westberg, will accompany his team to Bravida.

"As part of Bravida, we can continue to be a 'local' provider of electrical solutions and continue to work with our existing customer relationships, which is important to me. I chose to sell my company to a group that gives my employees opportunities for education and development of their skills – and where I myself would like to work. It will be exciting and fun!"

Bravida took over as owner on June 1, 2020.
