Bravida Norway acquires Z-Elektro AS and strengthens its position in electrical installation and service in Telemark

Z-Elektro AS was founded in 2005 by Espen Utzig and is an electrical installation company based in Skien. 

“The acquisition significantly strengthens our combined range of services for customers in the Telemark and Vestfold area of Norway, and our ability to deliver good electrical services. All our technology areas within service are currently covered by our Skien branch, and by strengthening our position in electrical services we will be well positioned to further develop our combined holistic solutions for customers in the area,” comments Frode Heimark, Regional Manager for Vestfold/Telemark at Bravida Norway.

The acquisition will be completed around the end of 2021.
