Bravida expands its electrical systems business and strengthens its position in the Umeå area by acquiring JZ Elteknik AB

JZ Elteknik AB was founded in 2011 by current co-owner and CEO Jonny Zakrisson. The company is active throughout Västerbotten in the areas of electrical systems and electricity in control, and performs both installation and service work. It is based in Umeå and its customers include Umeå Energi, Brattby Såg, Umeva and numerous local customers. 

“JZ Elteknik is a strong local company with a good reputation and I am very pleased that it is now becoming part of Bravida Umeå. The company will complement our already strong electrical service business in Umeå and the surrounding area, and also strengthen our automation efforts by providing electrical control competence,” comments Olle Näsvall, Regional Manager for Region Nord at Bravida. 

Current co-owner and CEO Jonny Zakrisson and co-owner Mattias Lövström will continue to work in the business when it becomes part of Bravida. Jonny Zakrisson comments:

“We will now be able to offer our customers even better service due to having a larger organisation behind us. Bravida is a secure and stable long-term employer for our employees, who will have even greater opportunities to develop.”

Bravida will become the new owner on 1 July 2022.
