Bravida acquires the company Rörledningsfirman Werner Nilsson AB
Bravida is acquiring the company Rörledningsfirman Werner Nilsson AB, thereby reinforcing its position in heating and plumbing in Perstorp and Klippan. The company has net sales of around 16 million and four employees.

Rörledningsfirman Werner Nilsson AB was founded in 1956 by Werner Nilsson. The company is currently a contractor in the field of heating and plumbing and in heat pump installation. It has its headquarters in Perstorp but also operates in Klippan and throughout Skåne. Its customer base consists mostly of construction companies.
“Rörledningsfirman Werner Nilsson has a good reputation in our local market and can bring an excellent skill set to our current operations in Klippan. The acquisition means we will now be stronger together and our customers will gain a broader supplier,” comments Johan Gustafsson, Regional Manager, Bravida Prenad.
Johannes Nilsson, former co-owner and CEO of Rörledningsfirman Werner Nilsson AB will continue to be part of the operation at Bravida. He comments:
“It feels good to now be part of Bravida, which I have a very good impression of. Our different strengths help us to be a strong team and our staff now have more opportunities to develop.”
Bravida became the owner on 1 July 2022.
