Bravida Norway ensures fire safety for one of Norway’s largest property managers, with an order value of approximately NOK 100 million
Bravida Norway has signed a framework agreement with Oslobygg KF, one of the largest property managers in Norway, for the maintenance of its fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and control systems.

Bravida will provide fire safety and security services to the educational establishments in Oslobygg KF’s property portfolio, consisting of 650 school buildings at 177 schools. Oslobygg KF owns, administers, builds and develops public buildings for all phases of life in Oslo, and is planning to invest heavily in urban development in the coming years.
“This is an important agreement, both for Bravida as a whole and also for the Fire & Security business area. It is pleasing that the assessment was made based on all evaluation criteria, including good purchasing conditions, competence and quality, task understanding and environmental aspects,” comments Frode Ljunggren Andersen, Branch Manager for Fire & Security in Oslo, Bravida Norway.
The contract has a term of four years and started on 1 October 2022.
