Bravida Finland strengthens its position in northern Finland
Bravida Finland acquires the company OAT Oy, thereby expanding its electrical and automation installation activities in northern Finland. The company has sales of approximately EUR 8.8 million and employs around 60 people.

OAT Oy was founded in 1992 and works with electrical and automation systems. It provides installation and maintenance services for both industrial businesses and property owners.
“We are very pleased to be able to welcome OAT Oy’s employees to Bravida. This acquisition means we can now broaden our regional offering in northern Finland and provide electrical and automation services to our customers in Oulu. The expansion is fully in line with Bravida's strategy of growing in Finland,” comments Marko Holopainen, Head of Division Finland at Bravida.

Bravida will take over as the new owner in October 2023.
