Bravida Finland strengthens its position in Helsinki
Via a transfer of assets and liabilities deal, Bravida Finland has acquired the operations of Nykysähkö Oy and Nykyrakennus Oy, thereby strengthening its installation and service offering. The business to be acquired has a turnover of EUR 3.6 million and 11 employees.

The business to be acquired is active in electrical installations and repair work along with maintenance services in the Helsinki Region. The customer offering is complemented by various construction services, such as, for example, renovation and changes in conditions of properties.

Bravida will take over as the new owner on 1 May 2024.
