Bravida strengthens its position in industrial service and HVAC in northern Sweden

Bravida acquires the company Ambra AB, thereby strengthening its offering in industrial service and HVAC in Skellefteå, Piteå and Luleå. The company has 40 employees and annual sales of around SEK 110 million.

Ambra AB works with industrial service and installation, and HVAC service. The company is based in Skellefteå and also has branches in Luleå and Piteå. Its customer base consists of various industrial companies, construction companies, property companies and public sector organisations. 

“It feels great to welcome Ambra and its competent staff to Bravida. Ambra has a good reputation in the market and together we will be able to further strengthen our customer offering in service and installation in the local market,” comments Anders Eriksson, Regional Manager for the Northern Norrland region at Bravida.

Adam Ådin, Transaction Manager at the investment company Treac AB and outgoing Chair of the Board of Ambra AB, comments:

Bravida will take over as the new owner today on 2 May 2024.
