As sustainability requirements tighten, our solutions are key to future-proof buildings. Bravida’s sustainability work is based on our strategy and materiality analysis, focusing on three priority areas in line with ESG principles: environment, social responsibility, and governance.

We expect responsible behavior from each other and set the same high demands on our suppliers. In short, we live by our values: care for the business, keep it simple, take responsibility, and be proactive.

How we organise our work on sustainability

Strategic Direction and Goals

  • Decided by the Board of Directors.
  • Group Management sets strategies and goals for sustainability work.
  • The CEO holds ultimate responsibility.

 

Sustainability Committee

  • Consists of members from Group Management and is chaired by the CFO.
  • Responsible for developing the sustainability strategy, long-term goals, and policies.
  • Group Function – Business Development:
    – Monitors external requirements.
    – Conducts stakeholder dialogue.
    – Communicates sustainability performance and progress.

 

Nordic Operations

  • Ensures that country-specific strategies, goals, and policies are in place and aligned with the Group’s direction.
  • Country and division managers hold the highest responsibility.
  • National support functions within Legal, Procurement, Finance, and HR provide additional support.

 

A shared compass

Bravida strives to be perceived as a credible and responsible operator, a good business partner and a market leader in business ethics. Bravida is based on local branches, but we also work together as one company, with the same culture, working methods and strategies. The Bravida Way, our values and our Code of Conduct act as our compass and help us create healthy, long-term business relationships and a resilient society.

Code of Conduct

The foundation of Bravida’s ethical values is provided by our Code of Conduct. It forms the basis for our day-to-day behaviour and covers important issues such as gender equality and diversity, human rights, working conditions, the environment, sustainability, leadership and business ethics.

Are we not living as we preach?
