Our property emergency service is available 24 hours a day, all year round, regardless of the type of property or facility. We perform on-call work in electricity, cooling systems, ventilation systems, sprinklers, heating and plumbing, control and regulation systems, washing machines and other white goods.
The real estate emergency service is available when the regular operation is out of duty. The emergency service works about 16 hours on weekdays and around the clock on weekends. We receive our assignments via an external alarm service to which the customer reports an error or via an alarm computer that is connected to the customers' technical installations.
Our main task is to prevent danger to life or property in our assignments. We also ensure that the supply of heat, cooling and electricity is maintained.
Bravida's real estate 24 hours assistance has around 200 customers in municipalities, private and state-owned companies, tenant-owner associations and cooperatives.
