PMO Manager

Based at our Stockholm office, you’ll join an ambitious and collaborative IT department of 80 talented colleagues, where innovation and continuous improvement are part of our DNA. With a diverse portfolio of digital projects — from infrastructure to cutting-edge business systems — your role will be instrumental in ensuring alignment, execution, and long-term impact. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure successful project execution across the organization

• Drive and manage selected strategic projects from initiation to completion

• Develop and implement project management standards, tools, and best practices

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to project managers and teams to build internal project management competence

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and structured project execution

• Ensure alignment of projects with the company’s strategic objectives

• Collaborate across IT and business departments, acting as the natural translator between them

• Facilitating workshops and creation of strategy plans for Business Technology

As a PMO Manager, you will play a crucial role in both leading the Project Management Office and actively supporting key projects. You will be given a fantastic opportunity to create and implement processes for PMO and projects connected to IT. In this role, you will work closely with our business to understand needs and translate them into projects. We also believe that you will support with facilitating workshops and work close with business stakeholders to form our future roadmap within Business Technology. 

What We’re Looking For 

We are looking for someone with a passion for projects and business. You thrive on making a real difference and bring a strong strategic and operational mindset to everything you do. 

You bring: 

• Proven experience as a PMO Manager or in a senior project management role

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in coaching and developing project management capabilities in others 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment

• IPMA, PMP or equivalent certification

• You enjoy collaborating with others and you find it easy to have discussions and build long-term relationships 

• It´s a plus if you have experience working in decentralized organizations 

• Fluency in English and at least one of the Nordic languages
