Global Process Owner – Core HR & HR Master Data

Do you want to help ensure that Bravida works in a data-driven and efficient way throughout the entire employee journey? Then this could be the role for you! 

Bravida is looking for a proactive and self-driven Global Process Owner – Core HR & HR Master Data who wants to be a key player in our HR Tech implementation and transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, standardizing and continuously improving end-to-end Core HR processes and ensuring high-quality HR master data throughout the employee lifecycle. You will act as the subject matter expert for Core HR processes and master data governance, enabling data-driven decisions and efficient HR operations. 

You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Business Technology (IT) and HR Operations across the Nordic countries and act as an enabler for structure, order and data-driven processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle. 

While the responsibilities are on a senior level, the job is very hands-on the first 12-18 months, preparing and implementing a new Group HCM system. 

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Governance 

  • Define and drive the nordic strategy for Core HR processes and master data management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR strategy. 
  • Establish governance frameworks for process execution, data standards and compliance with local and global regulations. 
  • Maintain documentation such as data models, ownership definitions and process guidelines. 

Process Design & Standardization 

  • Lead the design, documentation and continuous improvement of end-to-end Core HR processes (Hire-to-Retire, organizational structure, employee master data). 
  • Ensure consistent data standards across systems and countries while accommodating local regulatory requirements. 
  • Act as process owner for administrative parts of onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle changes. 

System Implementation & Data Management 

  • Serve as data and process specialist in HR system implementations and integrations (e.g., payroll, time, finance). 
  • Validate and migrate master data during system rollout.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize tools and workflows supporting Core HR operations. 

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a similar role. 
  • Strong understanding of Core HR processes and HR data governance. 
  • Experience with major HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM). 
  • Solid background in data migration, system implementation and integration projects. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish

This position reports to HR PMO Manager, Group HR and we are located in Telefonplan, Stockholm.
